Chapter 19: SHAMEEK - A Street King's Widow
By Jenica J.
Istood there watching Kyenna rush out of the venue. Nikki was right in my face as soon as I turned around.
“Where you been?” she asked, looking me up and down.
“In the bathroom.” I grabbed her arm to try to bring her back to the ballroom when her eyes caught the back of Kyenna.
“What the fuck y’all got going on?” She snatched away.
“Look, don’t show the fuck out at my family shit. We ain’t got a fuck thing goin’ on.”
“You damn sure been watching her all night with that lawyer dude.”
I wasn’t about to stand here and argue with Nikki. I had just done enough of that shit with Kyenna a few minutes ago.
“You even smell like her. Y’all were mighty close.”
I looked Nikki dead in her eyes. “Ain’t shit goin’ on wit’ us. I checked her ‘bout some shit, and that was it.”
“About him,” she pointed towards Lloyd.
“You don’t think it’s too soon for her to be in a nigga face and my brother just died?”
She eased up as soon as I told her what the issue was. It was a lie. I was mad as fuck she was in that nigga face because there was something there between us. The first kiss, she was drunk, but I felt it then. This second time, she kissed a nigga back. It was passionate. She let me touch her.
“Shameek, Rah has been dead for over six months. Is there a timeframe on when someone can move on? He’s never coming back and as long as she was loyal when he was alive, what does it matter now that he’s dead? Let her live again.”
I looked at her before grabbing her hand and walking back into the ballroom. All I wanted to do was finish this night out so I could take her ass home. For the rest of the night, I checked my phone over and over again. It was close to ten.
“Come on, let me get you home.” I told Nikki.
“I’m not staying with you tonight?”
“Nah, I got some movin’ ‘round to do tonight and I don’t want to hear yo’ mouth. I got you tomorrow, though.”
We slipped right out the door before anyone stopped me to talk. I needed to see where Kyenna head was at. If she looked me in my face and told me we couldn’t cross that line, I would walk away and leave her alone. Nikki talked my ear off about the event as I drove her home. I tried to pay attention to her and respond when necessary, but I was desperately running the conversation I was about to have with Kyenna in my head. I pulled up in Nikki’s driveway and got out to open her door. She tried to go in for a kiss when she got to the door so I gave her a peck.
“I love you. I gotta go handle some shit at one of my spots,” I told her, rushing off.
She stood there in disbelief. I waited for her to close her door before I pulled off. As soon as I got down the road, I pulled my phone out and went to Kyenna’s name.
Me: You make home?
She was ignoring my message because she would usually text me right back unless she was in a meeting. I knew her ass wasn’t asleep.
Me: Kyenna
Nothing. I hit the gas heading towards our estate. My parents would be at the venue until at least midnight. They didn’t like to leave until they rubbed elbows with everyone. Sometimes that meant mingling with the owners of the venue. I didn’t want to chance them seeing my car at Kyenna’s house so I drove home and drove my golf cart back.
“Aye, call Kyenna and tell her to let me in the gate,” I told her security.
He dialed her number, and I could clearly hear her voice.
“Yes?”
“I have Mr. King at the gate requesting it be opened.”
“Which Mr. King?” she asked.
“Shameek.”
“Tell Shameek to go home.”
“Yes ma’am.” He hung up and looked at me. “You heard her.”
“Call that muthafucka back.”
He was conflicted because I was the one paying him, but I also told his ass to never open her fucking gate if she didn’t allow it. Not even for me unless it was an emergency.
“What!” she yelled.
I snatched the phone from the security.
“Let me the fuck in,” I said.
“No.”
“We need to talk.”
“We’ve talked already.”
“Kyenna–” The line went dead.
I placed the phone back in the window.
“Aye, open this bitch, dawg.”
“Sir, you said.”
“I kno’ what the fuck I said, and this is an emergency,” I said, pulling my gun out.
He popped the gate open, and I drove up to the front of the house. Because of her incident a month ago, I still remember the code to get in the house. Kyenna was coming down the stairs in a pink silk gown.
“Okay, this shit is getting out of hand,” she fussed. “Why are you in my house?”
“You kno’ why I’m here.”
“I need you to say it,” she said.
She stood at the bottom step and was eye level with me.
“I can’t leave that shit where we left it earlier.”
“That doesn’t answer my question.”
“Do you need an explanation for every fuckin’ thing? Damn!”
“Meek, I’m not fucking up my life over something you ain’t man enough to say out loud. I’m a grown ass woman, and I thought you were a grown ass man.”
“Fine. I wanted to see you.”
“For?”
“I’ve been thinkin’ ‘bout kissin’ you again since the first time you did it.”
Now that I had said the shit, she was standing before me shocked.
“I stayed away from that shit ‘cause you were fucked up that night. You were grievin’ and shit. I told myself the shit didn’t mean nothin’.”
“It didn’t mean anything,” she said.
“But tonight did.”
Kyenna looked away and then back at me.
“Shameek,” she said above a whisper.
“You weren’t drunk tonight or cryin’ over my brother. You knew when I touched you and kissed you that it was me, and you kissed me back.”
“I know what I did.”
“So, can you stop actin’ like I’m the only one standin’ in this shit. You wanted me to say it. I said it. And stop askin’ me to leave when you kno’ you don’t want me to.” I stepped closer until our lips were almost touching again. “Do you want me to leave?”
“Yes.”
“Say it like you mean it.”
“Fuck you, Meek.”
I kissed her lips before the guilt took over both of us. Her hand tightened around the railing of the steps as I wrapped my arms around her waist. The more I kissed her, the more she loosened up and grabbed my face. I wasn’t sure what scent she was wearing. The shit smelled like a soft musk with a splash of marshmallow. I cupped her ass and then picked her up and walked her back upstairs. I wasn’t sure how I was going to feel tomorrow, but tonight, I wanted to see what this shit was about.
I had never been in their bedroom. The lights were off, and she had a glow from the lights on the baseboards as we walked in. I slowly laid her on the bed as I lifted her gown. My mouth watered seeing she wasn’t wearing anything under the gown and her pussy was freshly waxed with a strip. As I got on my knees, I asked God to forgive me, but I was about to eat her pussy like I hadn't eaten all week. I lifted her legs and kissed her from her feet up to her thighs. Her body shivered the closer I got to her pussy. I put my nose in it because her scent was intoxicating. Using my fingers, I pulled her lips open to expose her pretty clit. I placed a soft kiss on it before I licked it.
I couldn’t believe I was on my knees in my designer suit eating Kyenna out as she ran her fingers through my locs. I wouldn’t even do no shit like this with Nikki. My beard was wet, and my sleeves were wet from her juices running down the two fingers I had inserted inside of her. I wasn’t stopping until her legs were shaking. She was cumming, but it wasn’t good enough for me. I applied more pressure as I licked up everything her pussy was leaking out.
“Meek,” she moaned.
She was there, and I wanted her to get it. I pushed them legs back so I could hit that g-spot better. Her legs and ass went to shaking, and all I could do was smile. Both of our phones went to ringing at the same damn time.
“Fuck,” I said, wiping my mouth. I reached into my pocket to see it was my mama calling.
Kyenna couldn’t even reach her phone. She was lying on the bed trying to catch her breath.
“Hey ma,” I said on the phone, and Kyenna shot up. “Nah, I’m home.”
Kyenna went to panicking. She hopped up and almost busted her ass because her legs were weak.
I put my finger up. “Nah, I checked on her when I got home and she said she was going to take some Tylenol and go to bed.”
“What?” Kyenna whispered.
“Aight. I love you too, ma,” I hung up.
“What the fuck, Meek,” she said.
“Calm the fuck down.”
“Your fucking golf cart is in front of my house.”
“They can’t see that shit from the gate. She was just calling to see if I talked to you.”
Kyenna sat on the side of the bed and put her head in her hands.
“We good.” I lifted her head.
“Shameek, this shit is wrong.”
“But it feels right, don’t it? You got a nigga on his knees in his designer. My sleeves and shit wet from yo’ pussy juices.”
“I can’t believe this shit.”
I kissed her lips. “I’mma let you deal with yo’ emotions for tonight. I’ll talk to you tomorrow.”
I didn’t even let her walk me to the door. She was dealing with her guilt, but I didn’t have any. That was the best pussy I had ever eaten, and I couldn’t wait to do the shit again, and it was going to be again. Next time, I was going to make sure nothing interrupted us.
