Beast of the Bayou

The last descendant of Bayou Mourne's founding family, Solomon Mourne has spent twenty years hiding from the world and learning how to control the beast within him. He has built his life around solitude and shadow—until Lila walks through his door. Lila Saint-Claire is desperate for a fresh start. Fleeing painful memories in Baton Rouge, a live-in housekeeping job at the mysterious Mount Mourne estate seems like the perfect sanctuary. But beneath the brooding estate's quiet corridors lies a cursed secret, and as passion ignites between beauty and the beast, love may be the only salvation strong enough to conquer the darkness.
